I am writing to you to tell you how much benefit I have seen in Noah Kellogg since he has started using the Quadriciser®. I have worked with Noah since he was 11 months old and he is now 5. In that time he has showed a gradual steady progress in his function. He still is unable to crawl or walk, but is close to doing both. In fact, with the assistance of a Rifton walker he can take steps on his own.

Prior to the Quadriciser® he was scissoring his legs when taking steps, showing poor trunk control to where he had to have someone around him if he was sitting and not strapped into a chair for fear of falling over. He was using his right arm very little, also. In the last year, since he started using his Quadriciser® at home his rate of progress seems to have blossomed and he is learning new tasks at a faster pace. He is no longer scissoring his legs, has good trunk control to where he can sit on the edge of the couch without someone near, and has been noted to start using his right arm on occasion without prompting.

Due to his Cerebral Palsy diagnosis he has high tone in his right arm (and right leg to a lesser degree) that leaves the arm very limited in function. He has even been noted to cross the midline of his body with the right hand which we have never seen before. Noah has been using the Quadriciser® at least 30 minutes at a time and sometimes more than once a day in the last year.

This is not to say that the Quadriciser® is the sole intervention for the progress seen in the last year, but this therapist firmly believes that the Quadriciser® is “another tool in the bag of tricks” that is helping Noah achieve the necessary milestones to progress in his gross motor development. With the Quadriciser®, therapies, Noah's determined spirit, awesome family support, and God I fully believe Noah will beat the odds and walk and talk someday. With the recent addition of the Quadriciser® that day seems to be coming sooner than I originally expected.
