The Quadriciser®: How Does It Work? |
|||||
The Quadriciser originated with the belief that passive exercise can contribute significant benefits to those who don't have the option of active exercise. Since its introduction many people have made real strides towards an improved quality of life. The Quadriciser is a motorized total body therapy system using motor and cables to to gently move your patients entire body. It is fully adjustable to each patient. Customized for their specific limitations and for their comfort. The design of the Quadriciser emphasizes comfort and security, the lower limbs are gently supported in comfortable padded foot cradles which are freely suspended from the exercise mechanism. The Quadriciser's motor and mechanisms passively do all the work or the patient can actively do as much as they are able. Notice how effectively the Quadriciser provides a range of motion that is highly similar to a natural walking motion. This walking motion is highly beneficial to overall wellbeing. You want to improve your patients range of motion and strength, that's why the double cord system provides gentle coaxing so you can extend their range and flexibility easily and without pain. Other features include comfortable padded cradles that support the lower limbs during a cyclical motion, a Pulse Oximeter that provides statistical benchmarks to help you record your patients progress. Quiet operation so they can enjoy normal conversation or listen to the TV or radio while exercising. The Quadriciser is durable with a construction that features high strength to weight ratio requiring minimal maintenance that will provide years of dependable use. Grip Assist Gloves are available to allow your patients to take full advantage of the arm exercise cycles without strenuous effort or discomfort. Each unit features a timer control that allows you to provide therapy for a preset amount of time and the speed controls allow you to set a workout at the speed you deem appropriate for that patient. The skills of the physical therapist are essential to its success. For people who are unable to participate in more active forms of exercise the Quadriciser motorized therapy system is there to take them to new levels and a new quality of life. It must be emphasized that the Quadriciser ® features a gentle motorized system. The Quadriciser ® moves on its own in a systematic motion. Even that aspect of body movement is fully adjustable and can be completely customized for each individual. The Quadriciser comes with many features and options that are custom picked by your Customer Care Specialist to fit your needs. |
